About 6pm tonight Taylor called from her bed for Rob. He looked at me and went upstairs, both of us knowing by the way she called she was not ok. He found she was bleeding and they called the doc who told them to come in. In the midst of the DC flooding, they drove to Hopkins.
It is hard to describe the past few days. They had central air put in which had to be installed in the attic above their bedroom. The unit began leaking thru their plaster ceiling so we have had AC men here almost everyday. Last night their basement began flooding. Many government buildings are closed. Luke had his 18 months shots at the doc today…not pleasant. I am trying to figure out how to clean sheets with no washer since it is in the basement.
The doc accidentally just called here thinking she was getting Rob’s cell phone…she said she had tried labor and delivery and there was no answer. I don’t know what that means…
But Luke is snug in his bed as the rain pours and the thunder crashes outside…and it all through our God reigns! They cried to you and were saved. In You they trusted and were not disappointed.
